Procurement Specialist Job Description
Location: Based in Dubai Trade Centre Office
Duration: 6 Months
Job Start: Once the necessary Visas, Flights have been arranged
*Graduates/Trainees to apply*
Monthly rate: USD 1,633
Prepare RFQ against material request and get quotations from vendors
Send approved purchase order to vendors and get receipt of confirmation
Ensure all materials delivery is as per production planning and control (PPC), follow-up with suppliers for any delays
Arrange shipments for all overseas purchases and clearance from ports and customs
All incoming overseas materials to be cleared from customs with exemption of customs duty by arranging required document
Maintain company s Archive and Master data files for products and projects
Ensure effective and efficient operation of supply chain
Reports regularly on opportunities for improvements to supply chain, including alternative suppliers, pricing improvements and supply opportunities where appropriate
Report regularly on current performance and identified opportunities for improvements in supply, delivery, cost, payment terms

All nationalities welcome however, our Client has asked that all candidates applying HAVE to speak Russian or Ukrainian
