Engineering degree required. Preferably in Electronics.
Minimum 3 - 8 years’ supervisory experience in textiles, non-woven, and/or plastics manufacturing environment.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing technical discipline.
Experience supporting and implementing advanced technologies (i.e. operations set-up, new product development, and process development).
Computer skills required: MSOffice, Oracle, SPC programs, etc.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven leadership skills, and ability to foster an environment of continual improvement and accountability.
Demonstrated knowledge of Strategy Deployment and LEAN principles.
Demonstrated ability to self-pace in book, web-base, and classroom participation learning.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, train, and develop appropriate skill-sets for manufacturing supervision, manufacturing technical resources, and manufacturing production associates.
Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt a plus.
Ability to be flexible in assigned tasks, duties, schedules, locations, and travel.
