Project Management Lead
Job Location : UAE
Job Responsibilities :
Participate in the improvement of PMO and portfolio management methodologies
Support processes and standards documentation activities in a centralized PMO knowledge base
Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution & completion. They closely follow project development and track that each stage is completed appropriately and within time and budget.
Analyse data and project information to identify better ways to do business as well as new business opportunities. This information is provided to senior management to guide their decision-making.
Work to review status reports to be delivered to the head of division and senior management.
Manage and recommend required improvements to all project methodologies
Perform financial analysis on all budgets and prepare various reports for all budget forecast.
Prepare various reports to identify all health risks and coordinate with change and technical manager to facilitate all follow up action
Highly motivated and with demonstrable leadership attributes
Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills
Extremely diligent and attentive to details
Effective communicator at all levels with excellent English writing skills
Ability to cope under pressure and balancing multiple priorities
Strong understanding of project management and IT governance (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PMBOK, Scrum)
Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting desired
Job Requirements :
8 years' of relevant work experience
3 years' of relevant work experience in managerial or supervisory role
Knowledge in project operational planning and financial analysis
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree
Preferred: Master s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) certificate
