Manage a portfolio of accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Define, clarify, and communicate project scope to all necessary stakeholders.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and staff project positions.
Ensure that projects are completed within their defined scope and meet all quality, time, and cost requirements.
Develop project milestones and objectives and work with staff throughout the project to ensure goals and performance standards are achieved along with the Managing partner.
Define project baselines, track project progress, conduct project status reporting, and determine and take corrective actions as needed
Manage any changes to project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure that the project plan and schedule remain accurate and that all changes are approved by authorized managers
Align team direction, delegate work tasks appropriately, and motivate team members
Manage any outside vendor and/or outsourced resources and identify/make recommendations for resources as needed
Provide support to the accounts receivable and accounts payable personnel assigned to the project
Coordinate shared resources to ensure operational efficiency
Review budget proposals for completeness and accuracy, provide recommendations for budget modifications
Assist with the review of client and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results for the projects assigned and present results to management
