MedNet is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs and offers protection against unforeseen health risks. We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Head of Operations in implementing the Group Operations Strategy, specifically developing and executing strategic projects in Digitization & Automation, Process Improvements and Best Practice sharing across the entities.
Your Job
• Institutionalize a pragmatic approach to project portfolio management on Group level supporting the Regional Management Team and General Managers in decision making and driving execution
• Ensure that projects contain sustainable Business cases and requirements including a stringent benefit realisation plan after project closure and handover to local operations
• For assigned projects accountable for defining project approach, scope, critical path and planning, to ensure achieving deliverables within agreed timescales
• Accountable for the management and delivery of the project in time, quality and within approved budget.
• Recognising and mitigating Risks, resolving Issues and pro-actively managing any corrective actions or Change Requests throughout the lifetime of the project
• Support the Head of Operations formulating and continuously updating the Groups Operations strategy
• Accountable for successful execution of all aspects of business change delivery and managing business readiness prior to Go Live including Go/No go checkpoints.
• Align with local General Managers to ensure that projects meet local market and customer requirements
• Accountable for providing regular, accurate and appropriate status updates and communication to sponsors and stakeholder group ensuring that any associated Risks, Issues or Changes are recognised, understood and managed, with the appropriate escalation when necessary
• Identify and monitor market trends in Health Insurance and Technology relevant for MedNet

Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in economics, mathematics or business administration
Minimun Experience:
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role (insurance industry is not a must)
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
• Sound experience in operations and IT project management (Project Management qualifications PRINCE, APM, PMI are an advantage)
• Process improvement training and experience are an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially profound experience in developing PowerPoint Presentations, MS Project, MS Excel
• Fluent business English (verbal and written skills)
