Qualification & Preferred Experience:

The Project Manager is expected to possess the following or comparable qualifications:

· Master’s Degree in Transportation and Traffic Operations Engineering;

· Substantial experience managing one or more large operations contracts;

· Substantial experience in at least one of the following Contract related areas: systems engineering, systems integration, or software development, traffic/Transportation engineering; Responsible for long-range strategic program planning activities;

· Demonstrated success in keeping programs on schedule and within budget while meeting the performance goals of contracts managed, and in effectively managing multiple Team Members;

· Possess a thorough knowledge of ITS and Traffic Management principles and systems;

· Demonstrated leadership and management experience, especially with staff in different geographic locations.

· Min 10 years of relevant experience in the similar role is required
