Project Researcher

Preparing project implementation plans, which include implementation methodologies and estimated budgets, and proposing the best means of implementation in coordination with the project team.
Preparing general frameworks and guidelines for managing the organization projects and following up on their implementation.
Forming teams to oversee the implementation of the organization projects.
Managing and following up the risks in the organization projects and developing alternative plans to avoid or reduce risks if they occur.
Setting indicators to measure project performance and achievement rates within the time frame specified for each project and preparing periodic reports on those indicators to measure the extent of their fulfillment and raising the necessary recommendations to improve performance.
Inventory and publish the lessons learned from the outputs of the implementing organization projects, in order to benefit from them in future projects and avoid obstacles that may hinder implementation.
Preparing and analyzing emergency studies and statistics related to projects.
Disseminating the concepts and principles of project management to all employees, training them on its methods, tools, application and raising awareness about it.
Evaluating project priorities according to the approved methodology and developing annual plans for implementation.
Analyzing the department's work mechanisms and procedures, developing improvements, and proposing and planning implementation mechanisms.
Performing any other related tasks as required by the work need and as assigned by the direct manager.


Main Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic and English, writing and speaking.
