KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve the monthly sales target.
• Work closely with store supervisor, section manager and sales executive to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales.
• Analyze every aspect of best sellers (Example: Best selling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that best sellers reach their full potential.
• Gather information on customer’s reactions to products.
• Analyze previous season’s sales and reporting on the current season’s lines.
• Drive the premium product mix in the designated retail store.
• Maintain display products & display material, pricing all the time. Finding new opportunity for increasing display products.
• Ensure that the product display is clean with proper POP material, price and offers.
• Gather and disseminating product and usage knowledge to the customers in order to minimize the probability of returned products.
• Explain the product features to the customer in an accurate to avoid return.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES
Educational Qualification: High School Certificate
Additional Qualification: Certificate in Sales
Years of Experience: 3 years of Sales Experience with 1 year in UAE preferably in home appliances
Job specific skills: Communication, Sales and Negotiation, Customer Service, Agile and Attentive, Opportunist, Relationship building, Ability to work under pressure, MS-Office, Ability to upsell and cross sell.
