Job responsibilities:

Building trust and strong working relationship with the clients.
Analyze data and maintain accurate and relevant knowledge of market condition and values
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc.)
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Maintain accurate records of sales, pricing and financial activities reports
Adhere to real estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
