Job Description

Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead software testing and QA operations across multiple digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures the delivery of high-performing, reliable, and secure software solutions by driving quality standards, optimizing test processes, and mentoring a skilled QA team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in automation, test management, and cross-functional collaboration within enterprise-scale IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all quality assurance testing activities across projects, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and frameworks that align with MAF Tech s software delivery goals.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Define test requirements and ensure testing aligns with business and technical objectives.
• Establish best practices in manual and automated testing to ensure scalability and accuracy.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements in QA processes.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and KPIs to track progress and quality outcomes.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, QA tools, and testing methodologies to strengthen team capability.
