About the Position
SHORTLISTING TO CONTINUE AFTER LOCKDOWN. CV'S CAN BE SUBMITTED SO LONG

Reporting to the Operations Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
National Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Quality Engineering
Post-graduation management qualification will be advantageous
5-10 Years quality assurance experience preferably in the automotive sector
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
PC skills- Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
Implementation, monitoring and performance of the Quality Management System
Liaising across functions to ensure adherence to Product Quality and QMS
Ability to train, provide tools and techniques on quality management
Good understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF Contact Number Standards High levels of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within the team
Strong organisational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for QMS system and continuous improvements
Liaise with 3rd party auditors and/or 3rd party QA Representative/s
Liaise internally with peers and Executives on Quality Reporting and improvements
Conduct Internal and external audits if required
Issue and manage all Non- conformities, Internal and 3rd parties
Ensure the company is within Compliance of ISO Contact Number requirements
Propose and drive the business towards adherence to IATF Contact Number
Setting acceptance requirements of delivered, integrated, completed and delivered products.
Adherence and Improvement to Quality Management System, processes and performance
Interpretation and implementation of customer's quality requirements
Implementation of Quality Improvement Drive and Customer Satisfaction Processes
Benchmark the business to the automotive sector and implement both QMS and acceptance standards
Compiling and conducting presentations and Training on QMS and acceptance processes
Implementation of Problem Solving techniques such as Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and 8D for line quality, design quality and installed base problems
Manage the impact of Change Control on in-process products and delivered products
Implement and Manage Quality Forums such as Quick Response To Quality Problems/ Checks (QRQCs)
Ensure all customer complains relating to quality of delivered products are registered and managed out effectively
Ensure incoming inspection and line quality control adhere to quality standards
Ensure Fabrication, Integration, Painting and final acceptance of components adhere to prescribed standards and processes
Manage:-Presentation, inspection and final acceptance of final products for customer sign off
Manage Department and Budget
Ensure Management review is successful and reporting on above as required.
