Developing Various Plan and activities for business profits.
• Sales Growth
• Develop and implement the strategy for quality control
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Explore new opportunities, which can grow our sales & GP.
• Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes.
• Implement import strategy to improve the assortment and get benefit of customer GP and Sales
• Wastage
• Ensure SOP in place and managed
• Checks the past records of production to review if the existing standards will continue to bring in more revenue.
• Expenses
• Implement the rules & policies and strategy of department to minimise the expenses.
• Develop and implement the management processes to reduce the expenses.
• Develop QA budgets.
• Reduce waste during production process.
Process Management
• Analyse current sourcing strategies, systems and propose improvements plans.
• Responsible to benchmark current process and systems with industry best practices.
• Analyse and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies
• Time Management.
• Always improve quality of products
• Develop and monitor quality assurance programs.
• Administer quality assurance management systems.
• Ensure all products manufactured or marketed by a company are free from any flaws or errors.
• Evaluate and improve QA processes.
• Train line staff.
• Identify possible errors and areas of improvement.
• Maximize output and efficiency.
• Define QA policies.
• Inspect productions on production line.
• Evaluate business statistics.
• Ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation.
• Analyse specifications and statistical data.
• Continuously improve upon QA processes.
• Ensure all equipment in production is working properly.
• Schedule equipment testing and maintenance.
• Planning Budget Forecasting Management
• Plan and Identifying the new opportunities, determining the optimal pricing to better profit and constant business growth
• Develop and implement effective plans to achieve the yearly budget forecast
• Monthly and Quarterly review of performance against Budgets through proper analysis with action plans and follow up.
People Performance Management
• Build effective relation with members in order to become team player.
• Identify the weaknesses of staff member for training and development.
• Leading a team work discussions and meetings for the best team performance.
• Hire, train, and supervise QA staff and managers.
• Prepares reports and other documentation required by regulatory agencies and to support the quality function.
• Receives and reviews all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contact and complaints. Reviews complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; reviews corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
• Periodically inspects completed quality control checklists, forms, and other documents; randomly inspects and verifies quality control checks for conformance to prescribed standards.
• Suppliers Vendors Management
• Evaluate supplier performance.
• Periodical meeting to evaluate previous performance and to prepare plan for
• coming period and solving any problems.
• Ensure suppliers are aware of business objectives.
• Reviews and resolves quality control problems/concerns with the Quality
• Control Manager and others including vendors, customers, quality control
• personnel, and any personnel related to production. Coordinates and assists
• with vendor inspections.

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

Master Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• A master s degree in quality or a relevant field of science (e.g.,
• bioengineering degree for a bioengineering company) is preferred.
Experience:
• Proven experience as commercial manager with other relevant role
• 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management.
• Proven history of developing effective inventory management policies
• Job related skills Demonstrated understanding of retail industry and category trends
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to build successful relationships with all parties
• Problem solving and process management skills
• Effective time management
