Activities:
• Track and analyze the daily results of the Quality KPIs (COPQ, PPM, ...) using PDCA method.
• Ensure that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained
• Establish internal CTQs, implement, coordinate and review process risk analysis (PFMEA).
• Reduce COPQ utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Drive effective Root Cause Corrective Actions RCCA
Drive continuous improvement within the Quality organization and Honeywell Operating System.
• Analysis of customer complaints through 8D approach. Implementation of corrective actions,
• and monitoring effectiveness.
• Use statistical methods, such as, process capability data analysis, statistical process control (SPC),
• and scientific sample size selection to ensure processes capability.
• Participate on multiple Project Teams as a Quality Engineering Representative.
• Perform internal audits.
• Develop and review various protocols for Process Qualification, Installation Qualifications, Operational Qualifications
• Report on the performance of the quality system for review
• Evaluate change requests from quality aspects, review revised documents and proofs of disposition for close
YOU MUST HAVE
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or Master Degree in Technical field with at least 2 years work experience
• (Dipl me d'ing nieur ou en Master professionnelle dans une sp cialit technique)
• ASQ Certification is highly desired
• Regulatory understanding
• Team management
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Minitab)
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of six sigma tools
• Understanding of quality processes
• Understanding of statistical tools used in industrial field (DOE, HT, SPC, Regression ...)
• Fluent English and French
• Availability for rotating Post, where appropriate: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day
