We are looking for Quantity Surveyor

Must have experience in Quantity Surveying for local roads & drainage or expressway projects.

Experience in preparatory construction project monthly valuation, experience in assessing and valuating Contractor’s claims, cost estimate, activity breakdown analysis etc.;
Experience of working in supervision or program management consultancies in Qatar on Ashghal contracts will be highly preferred.

Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with an excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills;

Computer skills are mandatory, especially ability to utilize computer technology to analyze data, maintain records, analyze financial data and generate reports.

Knowledge of use of standard contract forms and Ashghal specifications is prefer

Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead the contractual and claims matters for a medium size roads and infrastructure project.
