1. Experience with minimum 3 to 5 years in renting flat.
2. Renting on lease, knowledge of maintenance, quotations, operations, co-ordination, follow-ups with new inquiries, procurement, facility management other services.
3. Knowledge in the market for renting flat and villa.
4.Preparation of tenancy contract, renewals, amendments, Ejari, uploading on online government portals, filling, documentation, civil defence.
5.Good understanding with rules & regulations in termination or extension of tenancy contract
6.Timely property inspection with images.
7. Good understanding with existing tenants with good communication skills. And also attending the call. Can work under pressure.
8.Should be updated with rules regulations of law in handling case, RERA, Rental Disputes Center,Understanding of property listing portals, advertising.
9.Should work all around
