Real Estate Senior Associate

This well-established International law firm has developed a sizeable portfolio hospitality clients throughout the GCC. With an ever growing business fuelled by tourism growth, they require a talented and ambitious Hospitality Senior Associate to strengthen their practice.
You will be working on a wide range of matters across the whole of the GCC, with a main focus on Hospitality related work along with some general real estate advisory matters.
Previously the ideal candidate will have participated in large scale cross-border and local investment hospitality projects focused on long-term cooperation between foreign investors and local partners though establishment and operation of joint ventures, holdings and corporate restructuring.

You will ideally be 6 years+ PQE, have a strong academic track record, be qualified in the UK and have had experience within the hospitality markets in Europe or the UK.
