What is the purpose of the job?
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests in line with the hotel s vision and values on customer satisfaction. And every day to constantly elevate the guest care quality and provide a fantastic service that our guests love.
Your day-to-day work:
• Ensure the reception area is operated in a highly efficient manner in order to create a positive lasting impression on all our guest, visitors, suppliers and other external parties in line with our brand standards.
• Build a good rapport with guests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
• Be fully aware of all promotions, room prices, activities and events in the surrounding area to provide accurate information to guests.
• Ensure check in and check outs are followed as per the Premier Inn brand standard.
• Ensure payments are dealt with according to hotels standards and the company s cash handling procedures.
• To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships for the benefits of both parties.
What are we looking for?
Education and Experience:
• You will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in Reception department of a branded hotel.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Advanced English language.
• Arabic language is a must.
Skills and Competencies:
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Flexible, agile and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Proactive and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
