Urgently looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.
Clean-up and maintain front desk, lobby area and cafeteria regularly.
Answer phone calls and call clients when tax returns are ready.
Assist Office Manager with maintenance calls for repairs, etc.
Assists with overall administrative projects and initiatives as directed by the Administrative Manager.
Manage high-volume communications traffic via multi-line phone system and email.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Strong organizational skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
