Urgently looking for an experienced Receptionist in UAE.
• Clean-up and maintain front desk, lobby area and cafeteria regularly.
• Arrange and prepare for meetings/events i.e. food orders, set- up, take-down, clean-up.
• Data Entry, maintain electronic filing in digital document storage software.
• Maintain records, documentation, correspondence, office forms, etc.
• Greet visitors and manage phone inquiries.
• Clears messages each morning and delivers to appropriate employees.
• High School Diploma.
• Two years experience in same field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
