Minimum Requirements :
• Must have at least 2 years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant
• GCC experience is mandatory, experience in Qatar is preferred
• Must be Sales driven, result orientated and ambitious
• Will be responsible for Business development activities such as cold calling, client visit, negotiating terms and conditions and Recruitment activities such as database search, job advertising, headhunting, negotiation of salary with candidates etc.
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
