1.Preparing JD for the various positions which is essential for different projects and also for general positions
2.Create and publish job ads in various portals
3.Coordinate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
4.Screen resumes and job applications effectively
5.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
6.Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
7.Monitoring & tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
8.Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
9.Coordinate with the hiring manager on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
10.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
11.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Requirement:
