Job Description :
• Source potential candidates from various online channels .
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) .
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Department.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) .
• Prepare and maintain various reports, trackers, letters, memos, notices and announcements relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, induction, training, grievances, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.) .
• Maintain computer system by updating and entering data.
• Maintain calendars of HR team and assist in employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate, prepare and maintain new employee files.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the HR Manager.
