The Opportunity:
You will support the sales function in region by, managing and owning Introhive events, executing traditional cold lead generation processes and in some instances performing the entire sales cycle. You will have dotted line reporting into BD, SDR and Marketing functions and need to perform post business development event evaluation which will mean running reports to understand the effectiveness of our approach.
The role is very hands-on and often involves working as part of a team. You will also be expected to be proactive and act on your own initiative. You are expected to contribute to business development and sales strategy in region and be involved in day to day management of events, lead generation and sales.
Responsibilities:
As the RSDM, you will need to:
• Take the lead in building sales pipeline in region
• Responsible for the complete sales cycle
• liaise with Introhive partners, internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute business development event requirements: Trade Shows, Seminars, Webinars, Dinners & other events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to Stage 1 and be comfortable with demoing our solution Face to Face and over Zoom.
• Build and develop an understanding of the market in relation to Enterprise CRM and SaaS.
• Work with Marketing to tailor content.
• Monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Produce detailed budgets for your region, and proposals for events.
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all logistics for the region.
• Report into and manage RSM expectation of business development activity.
• Make sure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed.
Qualifications:
• 3-4 years Business Development / Sales Development or Sales Background in the Software industry with the ability to work to a wider more rounded brief
• Carry SQL Quota for the region
• Fluent using SFDC to manage pipeline, lead generation and reporting ROI on campaigns and events
• Ability to work with teams across international geographies to deliver regional campaigns that deliver ROI and contribute towards overall targets
• Socially able to mix with senior and junior stakeholders
• Key understanding of local markets
