وفي هذا الدور, you will manage all aspects of the customer relationships within your assigned region. The manager will develop and execute sales and marketing plans for both new aircraft and after-market services for the entire Bell/Textron portfolio. كما, you will represent Bell with private individuals, مشغلي, الفقره-عامة, local and federal government agencies. You will also be required to coordinate closely and interact with other stakeholders and affiliates throughout the Textron organization.

Ultimate responsibility for all accounts throughout assigned region

Responsible for developing the sales and marketing strategy for each country within the assigned region. This will include all products and services within the Bell/Textron portfolio

Must develop mutually beneficial and healthy account relationships in alignment with the regional strategy

Lead Bell s local commercial sales and marketing efforts within your assigned region.

تركيز, negotiate and sell for Bell at all levels, with private entities, corporations and governmental agencies.

Develop strategies and sales plans across all value streams, including both aircraft and after-market products and services.

Identify and develop sales prospects with new potential buyers.

Track and respond to tenders.

Identify manufacturing or industrial cooperation partnership opportunities.

مراقب عام, collect and share Voice of the Customer feedback for new products and improvements via CRM.

Monitor and analyze market/معلومات الصناعة, تقارير, professional periodicals and news sources within your territory.

Partner with the appropriate functional teams to prepare formal and informal proposals.

Maintain market intelligence information -- identify shifting sales trends, political or financial changes and implement strategies to protect Bell business base.

Fiduciary responsibility for business conduct, travel expenses, إدارة الميزانية, and corporate credit card use.

Maintain accurate customer and transactional information using the CRM and CPQ tools

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:

Undergraduate Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Aviation or similar field.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

At least 8 years of aviation industry experience (technical or business or other).

At least 8 years of experience in the areas of marketing and sales.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, geographically distributed organization with multiple value streams.

Thorough knowledge of local business practice requirements for public (to include federal and state) and private sectors.

Candidate must have, or be able to obtain, the legal right to conduct business in all countries within his/her assigned region.

Arabic and English language fluency.

Demonstrated ability to effectively interface at all levels of the customer chain of command, as well as within the Textron Enterprise.

Polished communication skills, influencing, negotiating, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in using customer stated needs and feedback to help design customized solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior Sales experience with large technical and/or luxury items.

Prior rotorcraft industry experience.

Current helicopter pilot license.

MBA/MS preferred.

Bell product experience.
