Koloxo.com is the new era of the e-commerce sector, where the factories are connected with end-user s (B2C) Worldwide, where the buyer places his order through the platform and consolidates his different orders from different countries and factories only in a single delivery, it is the New way of shopping, a multisite, cross border e-commerce.
WHAT IS BEING ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE IN KOLOXO.COM?
You will be the manager of the new launched control panel in the company with the aim of improving the way we monitor the financial performance of the company, improving the control panel automation.
Participate in the development of the various parts of the department, providing innovative and quality solutions. You will participate in the accounting and fiscal management projects, as well as administrative outsourcing, carried out by our area. You will be trained in the EY methodology through group work with experienced professionals. You will develop your professional skills, in an excellent work environment.
WHAT PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
• Strong mentality person and ability to help solve problems and provide the best possible analytics.
• Innovative with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of accounting standards
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced MS Excel required, knowledge of VBA and database query tools would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative, resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated individual with professional demeanor required to work with all levels of the business.
• Ability to manage a time bound and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail.

ملخص المرشح المطلوب


• Management and execution of projects related to Finance (Regulatory Reporting, accounting applications, budgets)
• Identify, document and validate new financial reporting requirements and contribute to reporting Improvements.
• Interpretation and analysis of regulations in order to define functional needs
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Reporting processes
• Design and improvement of back office processes
• Invoicing: issue, review and send the invoices to the brokers/clients.
• Cash receipts and payments allocation in the system
• Daily update of Treasury Files and Cash Management
• Keep general accounting filing up to date (expenses, invoices, payments, storage)
• Assist in any other task required by the accounting department.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Native or very fluent English level.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting regulations for financial entities
• Experience in accounting and taxes, realization of accounting closings, annual accounts.
