Previous experience as a restaurant manager at a high-volume property preferred.
Knowledge of wine, liquors, beer and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Manages work schedules of staff and provides direction and discipline.
Reviews financial information such as sales, inventory and costs to monitor budget.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Two years experience in same field.
Excellent employee and customer relations skills.
