Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and side areas.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and food safety procedures as per hotel standards.
- Handle payment transactions and ensure billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Restock supplies and assist colleagues as needed to maintain a seamless dining operation.
- Take part in training sessions and team meetings to improve performance and service quality.

Previous experience as a restaurant server or in a similar guest service role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent grooming, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
Physically fit to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment including lifting and carrying trays.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of safe food handling and beverage service practices.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond for guests.
