Restructuring & Banking Assoc or Sr Assoc

Restructuring & Banking Associate or Senior Associate sought to join an elite global law firm in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a high calibre lawyer to play a key part in one of the leading practices in the region.
The role will be to support the partners and team in relation to high value and complex finance restructuring matters in the UAE and across the region. As part of the Dubai office there will also be the opportunity to work on general banking transactions as may be required. The firm acts for a broad range of the leading financial institutions and corporations operating in the region so cutting edge and complex mandates are guaranteed.
The firm is interested in a Common Law qualified solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level with experience gained in financial restructuring law gained at a legal directories firm (Magic / Silver Circle / US equivalent firm) in the Middle East, or looking to relocate from London, Sydney, Hong Kong etc.
