Lead client meetings, property viewings and new business presentations for the retail sector.
Prepare new business proposals, retail sector option documents and create new business presentations.
Advise clients on strategic alternatives (e.g., costs of operating, إغلاق, اعاده هيكله, subleasing) regarding a particular location or group of locations.
Renegotiate the business terms of leases to improve store profitability, secure additional option periods and strengthen other provisions or rights.
Negotiate landlord contributions and/or remodelling concessions.

Work closely with multi-lease landlords on improving packages of leases in bundled negotiations. Leverage opportunities involving multiple stores, relocations and expansions. Recognise and link multiple negotiations together when needed or desired.

Build and improve strong working relationships with landlords and shopping centre management companies.
Engage with all the leading retail brands, understand their bricks and mortar requirements and assist with store roll outs including the identification of suitable premises.
Review and analyse clients’ quantitative retail location data, legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process.
Develop follow-up materials for clients (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect or client presentations, coordinate information with other departments and agents/surveyors as needed).
