LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Middle East manages 8 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Guerlain and Benefit Cosmetics. LVMH P&C Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents structures.
YOUR MISSION ____________
Day-to-day Retail Applications support
• Direct responsibility on local LVMH Retail Solutions support with help of central and/or regional LVMH PCIS Teams owning core Retail Applications:
• RTK: Specific Master data maintenance
• Report analysis
• Userguide and document update
• Ensure systematic month-end data reconciliation between POS / ERP / BI Systems
• Work and coordinate with Chalhoub IT for local Chalhoub Retail solutions support:
• Technical troubleshooting
• Provide XSTORE POS, BI application support to office-based employees
• Monitor daily POS Data flows and coordinate with stores in case of any issues with sales integration to solve problems
• Infrastructure & network setup checking with support with Retailers
• Assist business team on their daily tasks
CRM and E-commerce Application Support
Local Application support for E-commerce and CRM Applications
• For E-commerce
• Supports E-CRM data integration and troubleshooting
• Manage the Parfums Christian Dior customer service integration
• For CRM projects act as local support point of contact for local or central CRM solutions locally rolled-out such as:
• Satisfaction meter implementation
• IPOS campaign troubleshooting
• Opt-in/Opt-out flow integration
POS and CRM Integration Projects
• Lead key regional business projects and services with operational excellence
• Drive all project to complete promptly with proper documentation, within allocated timeframe and budget
• Clearly communicate with stakeholders and provide frequent updates on project progress
• Provide trainings to users whenever necessary
• On LVMH Owned Solutions - Manage & coordinate local roll-out of central and/or regional solutions for POS & CRM and related projects:
• Change requests gathering
• New market roll-out or new Counter opening (liaise with Infoware for counter opening (setup)
• Coordination, iPOS version upgrade, MobilePOS version upgrade )
• Current projects (on-going and need to be started)
• iPOS upgrades coordination with HQ & business
• Full transition to Infoware back office and POS (integration with Chalhoub ERP, stock management, BI )
• Retail BI projects scorecard implementation
• On Chalhoub solutions Manage projects on behalf of LVMH and coordinate with Chalhoub IT for delivery:
• Coordinate the XSTORE updates with Chalhoub IT developers & make sure it is compliant with LVMH Audit guidelines
IT budget follow-up
• Maintain relevant POS IT inventory which includes End User Computing devices and IT Infrastructure devices
• Maintain any IT documentation which may include network configurations and diagrams
• Maintain IT budget, including Licences cost and settle invoices payment with relevant departments, manage communication with PCIS & vendors
• Ensure all standards, policy and processes are followed promptly
• Participate in budget planning, cost allocation/recharge and expenses monitoring
Profile
PROFILE ____________
Technical IT Knowledge and experience
• IT or Information System scholar background / certification
• Relevant working experience on Digital, Retail, CRM subjects
• Strong knowledge on CRM, e-commerce, Retail and Digital platforms
• Working experience in Oracle and SAP
• Database knowledge (MS Access, MySQL)
Personal Skills
• Demonstrate leadership and responsibility for services and a track record in the delivery of excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in a matrix and fast-paced environment, coordinating with different teams
• Experience in translating business needs into successful IT solutions
