Budgeted Sales value & Profits :
• Achieve store’s budgeted top line and bottom line
targets
• Monitor daily store sales and work closely with Billing
Staffs to improve sales and GP.
• Analyse vehicle wise, route wise GP. Plan and execute
profit improvement plans.
Expense management :
• Monitor and controlling operations activities aim to
maximise efficiency and control cost.
• Work constantly towards reducing operational expenses
and improving efficiency.
Stock Management :
• Work closely with Warehouse and Buyer to ensure Store
has adequate stocks for sales.
• Coordinate with Supervisor, Buyer’s & Principles for
replacement of near expiry/ Damaged goods.
• Ensure Stock taking as per the schedule given by
Inventory department and forwarding the same to
Stock Auditor.
• Check for stock shortages, expiry and damages etc.
Merchandising:
• Ensure Merchandising are done as per planogram.
• Ensure FIFO is followed.
Promotions
● Ensure Promotions and Offers program achieves its
objective by
● Promotions/offers display as per given plan
● Communicate effectively with customers and Billing staffs.
Customer Management:
• Ensure Good customer service & customer delight.
• Address customer complaints and ensures good
customer relations are maintained

Vehicle Management:
• Coordinate with the vehicles department for timely
vehicle service and preventive maintenance with an
aim to control repair & maintenance cost.
Facility Management:
• Ensures Facility is Audit ready; completes all necessary
activities related to HACCP & Gov. regulations
• Responsible for facility infrastructure upkeep, timely
maintenance of shop equipment’s and ensure proper
functioning of equipment’s.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and ensure all
infrastructure issues are attended and closed ASAP
without interrupting shop operations.

Staff management:
• Assigns Sales targets to billing staff.
• Monitor and controll staff work allocation and work
scheduling for smooth operations activities at Store.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and complete
staff appraisal as per schedule and company policy.
• Address Staff grievance by coordinating with HR and
Operations Manager.
