Retailing Support Officer Etihad Airways

1. NDC Support Operations
Monitor and manage day-to-day NDC transactions and system performance.
Coordinate with IT and commercial teams to resolve technical issues related to NDC.
Support travel agents and partners with onboarding, troubleshooting, and usage of NDC channels.
Maintain documentation and SOPs for NDC processes.
2. Billing & Reconciliation
Assist in validating and reconciling NDC-related billing and settlement reports.
Coordinate with finance and revenue accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
Track discrepancies and follow up with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
3. Administrative Support
Maintain records of contracts, SLAs, and partner agreements related to NDC.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management review.
Support in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to distribution.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal departments (IT, Finance, Revenue Management, Legal) and external partners (GDSs, aggregators, travel agents).
Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on operational matters.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Support audits and quality checks related to NDC and distribution processes.
