You will play a very important role in the success of the company's daily operations. This roles requires strong communication and organization skills and multitasking.
You should possess the following:
One or more years of similar experience in a trading company in the UAE. (SAIF zone company preferred but not essential)
Previous positions held: Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, Executive Secretary cum Office Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Administrative Assistant.
Undergraduate degree in any discipline
Strong written business correspondence skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Detailed working knowlege of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Fast typing speed
Previously worked with an ERP system such as Tally, Oracle
