The Sales Associate will work as an individual and part of the team to maximize sales and provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience. He/she will ensure that his/her department is presented according to the company standards, and that stock loss risks are absolutely minimized.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Anticipating and advising customer s on their needs, suggesting options in a friendly and approachable style.
• Following correct cash till procedures quickly and efficiently.
• Following brand visual guidelines and information on best sellers to maximize sales
• Giving continuous attention to display / floor areas to improve presentation standards and sales, and taking necessary action within store supervisor s guidelines.
• Assisting across all activities in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures
• Delivering process and stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with procedures.
• Responsible for stock room housekeeping and organization.
Required Education/Skills:
• Minimum of high school completion or equivalent
• Sales experience, preferably in retail
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve objectives
• Strong communication and coordination skills with multiple people
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Attention to details
• Adaptability and flexibly to handle many changes in a workday
• Ability to work under significant pressure
• Bilingual (Arabic / English)
• Computer literate
