An International Hotel Chain, located in Beirut, is looking for a Sales Coordinator.
Performs general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Prepares sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders).
Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.
Uses sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott.
Enters, retrieves, reconciles, and verifies information in software involved in the sales process.
Answers guest questions about property facilities/services
Serves as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Follows all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards
Speaks with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely;
Answers telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Serves as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Prepares letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Transmits information or documents using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine, including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or any related field
Previous experience is Hospitality is a plus
Very good English Communication Skills
Customer Service Skills
Digital Marketing and Social Media Background is a plus
