We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join Corys Build Centre. Join us and be part of our team.

Job Purpose:

To handle day to day coordination and clerical activities for the Outdoor Sales team.

Key accountabilities:
• Acts as the point of contact for preparing quotations to customers handled by the Outdoor Sales team.
• Receives all enquiries from customers directly or via Account Managers through email, telephone, WhatsApp or fax ensuring that the requirement is correctly understood and captured.
• Prepares quotations in SAP; verifies the price, quantity, delivery information, discount in the quotation prior to sending it to customers to ensure accurate information has been provided. In case of additional discounts requested, escalate the enquiry to the respective Account Manager and revert to the customer accordingly.
• Coordinates with Account Manager and Finance department to register new customers and makes sure all required documents are collected from the customer.
• Once the LPO is received from the customer, verify the quantity and price against the quotation; in case of a mismatch in the numbers, coordinate with the Account Manager and customer to resolve the matter.
• Ensures that the sales order captures all customer information (delivery location, contact person, etc.).
• Processes orders by booking in the system and submitting it to the delivery team.
• Process sample sales order with full details with special request and forward to the Head of Department for review and approval.
• Keeps Supply Chain team updated for any change in the Item code in SAP in case of specification change or discontinuation of product line.
• Handles customer complaints by providing accurate information on queries.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

• معرفة SAP أو أي تخطيط موارد تخطيط موارد مماثلة ستكون ميزة.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والهندية (المفضلة)
• القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات.
• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والدقة.
• توجه قوي لخدمة العملاء.
