الأدوار والمسؤوليات


  • Identify, meet, and engage with new and existing clients to promote company services.
  • Source new project leads, gather market intelligence, and participate in tendering and bidding across the UAE.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the company’s products, services, and capabilities.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads, conduct follow-ups, coordinate with design and estimation teams, negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and arrange deliveries.
  • Apply solid technical knowledge of fit-out works and office furniture to support client requirements.
  • Conduct site surveys, evaluate project conditions, and prepare accurate estimates and commercial offers.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with prospects on submitted proposals to close orders effectively.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, ideally in Interior Design, Fit-Out, or Office Furniture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients clearly.
  • Strong leadership qualities and ability to work within a team environment.
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
