• Preferably Arab Speaking
Sales Engineer with hands on knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and District
cooling pumps technologies.
• Job will include
Client retention, Lead generation, handling pump projects, customer service
issues, site visits.
• Actively support
the business unit area, from Sales & Tendering point of view, by responding
timely to customer s requests and by developing strong customer
relationships
• Evaluating
customer requirements to ensure that we can produce, assemble, fabricate a
pumps set that will satisfy customer s needs with the help of advanced
engineering, purchasing, and commercial management
• Reviewing
customer s Requests for Quotation, drawings and specifications as
required
• Assisting
customers in the selection of proper pump hydraulic performance to satisfy
requirements
• Conducting
negotiations with customers
• Actively
participate and provide feedback to the manager, so as to assist correct
decision making on multi-brand business-area projects
• Ensure - in cooperation
with the business unit - that a sales strategy is in place for all major
projects
• Ensure that
effective client contact, relationship building and management processes are in place to positively influence the
client and create a predisposition to view as the preferred source of supply.
• Development and maintenance of
customer contacts
• Supporting manager in coordination
with the sales & marketing teams to arrange conduct the marketing events
like (Seminars, Workshops, Exhibitions etc) as and when necessary
• Identify upcoming projects and
ensure the Company is aware of the corresponding opportunities
• Monitor continuously the changing
market and country requirements that affect Company products and policies,
including competitors' activities
• Provide detailed on-time Monthly
Sales reports and accurate Sales forecast
• Traveling in the assigned market
visits.
