Your day to day
Establishes and maintains contacts within the assigned industry.
Identifies and analyzes competition and takes appropriate action steps.
Follows the established Sales and Marketing strategies.
Establishes quarterly action plans for the handled key prospect and key accounts.
Maintains efficient sales office procedures and insures the maintenance of accurate and updated account files and follow-up procedures.
Maintains all sales systems, such as sales records and reports, conference calendar, traces of history and potentials, logs of groups not previously accommodated and mailing lists.
Ensures the prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts (i.e., tracing, booking, contracting, communicating with departments, and following up with group for feedback and future bookings).
Maintains high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community as appropriate.
Monitor and adjust account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals
What we need from you
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, with an outgoing and friendly attitude.
With Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing Administration or related major certifications.
With at least 3 to 4 years experience in luxury hotel international chain in same position or similar role
