Job brief
We are looking for a Sales Executive to establish and maintain new business partnerships. We offer a full comprehensive benefits package that starts from your first day of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow up, networking and partner relationships
Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Ionycs solutions and offerings.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the marketplace and competitive offerings relevant to the position.
Use effective time management to maximize results.
Develop and maintain relationships with Ionycs partners and new prospects to increase opportunities.
Document daily sales activities and prepare accurate reports and forecasts.
Manage pipeline and perform other tasks necessary to drive sales revenues.
Be an active team player both on the sales team level and throughout Ionycs to help meet company objectives.
Provide feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams with regard to products, sales, competition, etc.
Interact constructively with colleagues and departments within Ionycs.
Job Specific Knowledge & Skills:
BA/BS or equivalent experience, business degree a plus
1+ years of successful B2B sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new customers/leveraging partner relationships
Knowledge and expertise in the ERP, Ecommerce, or Retail systems
Experience selling to C-level Executives
Consultative, solution-based sales methodology
Knowledge of B2B marketing
Sales experience with financial/accounting applications and/or hosted software solutions or the banking/financial services industry is a strong plus
Highly motivated, creative problem solver, and quick learner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Operate under moderate supervision, be willing to be accountable and self-aware of development opportunities to improve own skill set, with regular reviews of work.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
Computer Skills:
0 to 2 years of experience in sales
0 to 2 years of experience in ERP systems
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Windows and Outlook
Business Skills:
Knowledge in Business operations and processes (Accounting, Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Presales, Project Management, HR, etc..)
Good working knowledge of ERP operations
Must have Strong problem solving skills
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or management information systems
Achieving Results:
Be aware of key business and team objectives and ensure that these are applied appropriately to all business activities
Customer Focus:
Excellent customer service skills. Delivers Results & Meet Customer Expectations. Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction; Sets high standards for quality and quantity; Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way; Consistently achieves project goals. Service driven individual with significant proven work experience in a customer service environment
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or management information systems
Communications:
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening) required to respond to customer requests via telephone calls and email.
Organization & Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities. Demonstrated flexibility and responsiveness to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Desire to develop one s self and take advantage of opportunities to practice and enhance business/technical skills.
Analysis techniques:
Analyses numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information; Breaks information into component parts, patterns and relationships; Probes for further information or greater understanding of a problem; Makes rational judgements from the available information and analysis; Produces workable solutions to a range of problems; Demonstrates an understanding of how one issue may be a part of a much larger system.
