We have a unique opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our expanding Property Monitor department.
Property Monitor is a real estate intelligence platform in the UAE and a product of Cavendish Maxwell. Property Monitor offers users the ability to search up-to-date residential sales and leasing transactions, off-plan sales, commercial transactions and valuation data as well as our professional opinion on achievable prices across the major areas in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The UAE s real estate market is undergoing a significant and exciting change driven by data and technology. The skillful use of data and insights play a vital role in Property Monitor s mission to create greater market transparency and unmatched value for our clients.
The role will be based in our Dubai office and reporting to the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets agreed with the Head of Sales.
• Manage own sales opportunities by taking responsibility for sourcing own development opportunities such as cold calling and face to face walk-in meetings and undertaking all opportunities available.
• Develop and build professional customer relationships with existing, new and potential clients. Build relationships with operational managers and support functions. Maintain excellent relationships and after sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy.
• Consider innovative means to develop new sources of profitable business and discuss the feasibility of these with the Head of Sales.
• Raise the company profile by representing Property Monitor at industry events, networking events and promoting an image of professionalism at all times.
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
• Deal promptly and professionally with all pre-qualifications and keep the Head of Sales fully updated on progress.
Requirements:
• Experience working within the UAE real estate market would be an advantage.
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
• Technically savvy with solid experience in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
• Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Incumbents must have a high level of energy, be self-starters, confident and be able to prioritise and work on a range of activities within a high-pressure environment.
• Must have a valid UAE driving licence.
• A passion for learning about and working with web technology.
