Senior Sales Executive-Dubai
Job Description:
- Identify, meet and develop relations with clients to promote freight services.
- Research & create database of potential clients / markets through tele sales, cold calls and market scout or different medium to identify potential customer.
- Plan sales visits in dedicated areas, respond to customer inquiries, send quotations and take necessary bookings. Engage with Team leads to close sales inquiries.
- Continuously aim to increase customer base.
- Execute Team's market coverage / expansion strategies.
- Create database in EFS system for sales visit and leads.
- Customer On boarding and KYC
- Put forth credit approval request wherever requested by the customers as per policy.
- Follow-up on payments and ensure support to close all payment receivables and outstanding's.
- Co-ordinate with customer service and operation team to ensure customer service satisfaction.
- Obtain customer feedback on the delivery service.

- Achieve set Sales Target
- Achieve customer visit Target
- Introduce to customer service portfolio of Emirates Logistics and offering solutions
- Continuously increase revenue streams and Client base
- . Achieve set Revenue target
- Strive to develop product knowledge and related market practices
- Bring ongoing trade / industry updates to have focused sales strategies.
- Maintain all necessary customer database and details in the EFS systems, including On Boarding document.
- Ensure all credit applications details are filled in as per policy and protocol
- Develop confidence-building relationships with the clients.
Desired Skill required:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Business Development or related field
- Excellent in Computer skills, PowerPoint Presentation.
- Ability to use software generated data and business Intel.
- 2 - 5 years of field sales experience in Freight / Shipping Industry is advantage
- Excellent command over spoken & written English
- Excellent Negotiation & Presentation skills.
- Should be self-initiator and have engaged in skills of Prospecting, Sales Planning & Selling to Customer Needs
- Should be Enthusiastic, ambitious, confident and motivated by Target based incentives.
- Possess interpersonal skills & be a team player
- UAE Driving License is a must

- Education: Bachelors in Business Administration with Sales & Marketing/Logistic & Supply Chain.
- UAE Experience: 2-4 years in freight forwarding or shipping & logistics industry.
- Good communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Candidate must be inside UAE.
