You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, to meet and exceed sales target set in the monthly and yearly forecast, and to direct all efforts towards maximizing the hotel s profit on all operating departments.
Be actively involved in developing methods to maintain and increase business volume, this includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, employee training and control, guest relations.
Research the market on a continuing basis. To determine where business comes from, how it is influenced, who the hotel clients are, how they normally arrive in the locations, etc.
Together with the Director of Sales & Marketing, formulate a sales & marketing program one year in advance and plan week to week sales activities with a view to maximizing the use of staff time and promotion money
Maintain within the community and in neighboring marketing areas, contacts with airlines, travel agents, commercial houses, private clubs, professional associations, embassies etc.
To procure new business and repeat business for hotels. This will be done by means of personal sales calls, telephone contact and written communication.
To increase occupancy, average rate and profit of the hotel through planning, guidance, and training to Sales Executives.
To call on accounts and report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
To increase business/occupancy through establishing and maintaining good relationship with a number of clients, working to meet sales targets.
To develop and maintain new business wherever possible from identified market segments and sources of business.
To attend trade shows corporate functions, promotions, etc. representing hotel and First Central Hotel Apartments in general to keep a high profile in the marketplace.
To actively cross-sell all Apartments of First Central Hotel Apartments.
To maintain accurate accounts and data sheets on all active accounts; to monitor this data through system.
To carry out the sales solicitation strategy developed for all applicable markets.
To submit a monthly entertainment schedule to the Director of Sales & Marketing following individual budget guidelines.
To entertain key accounts when necessary with prior approval from the Director of Sales & Marketing
Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales & marketing and/or the General Manager

Minimum Years of Experience is (5 Years) same position
Only Hotel experience is accepted
UAE Driving Licence is a must
Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
Sound problem solving and negotiating skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
