We are looking for dynamic and experienced SaaS Sales Manager to join our team at Little Thinking Minds LTD, a leading Ed-Tech company founded in 2004. We are at the growth stage scaling rapidly with over 120,000 users of our Arabic Literacy programs from over 260 schools in the region. Our work extends to public schools and governments as well as refugee communities. With millions of books read through our programs, our goal is to empower our teachers who work tirelessly and to help parents with their mission to improve their children's Arabic literacy skills.
Sales Manager- Abu Dhabi - Alain
As the Sales Manager, you are recruited on a full-time basis to facilitate the promotion, marketing and sales of our SaaS products in the Abu Dhabi - Alain region. You will have a strong knowledge of the sales targets and a strong understanding of the functions and features of the products alongside previous education sector experience.
• Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for sales in the private sector schools and account management across Abu Dhabi Alain region.
• Strong knowledge of the Education industry in terms of trends, competitor action, maintained by interaction with the Marketing Department and Key stakeholders.
• Ensure outstanding after-sales service levels and customer satisfaction and retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growing regional sales by generating potential leads and contacts within the schools in a specific market.
Follow up on School leads generated with the team to encourage buy-in and meet the set Sales Targets.
Close tracking and follow-up (Meetings) with potential leads, and existing clients throughout the delegated region, as well as customer & account management and cultivation of new and existing relationships to increase revenue from the client base.
Advise potential and existing clients on the possibilities and demonstrate the features of the programs, to encourage sign-up to the Annual/ Bi-Annual subscription plans.
Attend shortlisted regional trade shows, conferences, seminars to generate new sales leads.
Achieving the retention targets of accounts upon renewal schedule.
Conduct engagement activities such as the allotment of teacher rewards through the program and other-key-on-ground events assigned.
Assist in training of teachers on the programs and manage on-site after-sales services where required.
Make school visits regularly to discuss usage and level of satisfaction by users. As well as gather relevant info and suggestions on further development of the programs.
Conduct focus groups at the schools in coordination with the Marketing Dept. when needed.
Coordinate with Technical Team to create and manage backend dashboard for teacher and student accounts and help with troubleshooting.
Generate Trial platform usage reports and email school admins.
Meet and Present weekly Sales acquisitions status to Sales Director.
Other requirements:
• Females only apply.
• Must be a native Arabic speaker and fluent in both English and Arabic.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Must have minimum 2-3 years experience working in the education industry.
• Tech-savvy skills are an added benefit.
