Intention/ Purpose

Responsible for market expansion and product development in order to achieve both sales and income targets.
Ensure effective customer relationship management with high net worth clients to ascertain rendering of quality
service.
Areas of responsibility
Go getter. Should be sales focused, with strong understanding of the market, customers and suppliers. Prefer to
have flavor industry knowledge and B2B sales experience, preferably on sales of flavors to the food industry and
sheesha factories.

➢ Build up multi-level relations with the customers
➢ Handle the Key accounts and Increase market penetration and coverage by targeting small and medium food
companies and sheesha factories in the assigned territory.
➢ Effectively work and utilise technical resources to ensure good healthy pipeline of new projects.
➢ Forecast, secure orders, monitor and analyze sales performance against allocated yearly budgets
➢ Assess market, prepare sales forecast.
➢ Achieve targeted growth in terms of sales & profits by monitoring the same on regular basis.
➢ Secure orders and co –ordinate with the supply chain team to ensure that the products are delivered on time.
➢ Plan regular customer visits to generate higher business and provide market intelligence reports covering
consumer trends, competition, new product positioning, customer information etc
➢ Inculcate healthy relationship with principals and collaboratively formulate win-win strategies.
➢ Responsible for expanding the business by bringing in new customers & introducing new products.
➢ Promptly handle customer complaints and ensure proactive measures are taken to avoid repetition.
➢ Follow-up on outstanding payments with customers.
➢ Possess strong product knowledge and impart training as and when necessary.
➢ Generate sales reports and other relevant reports for further actions and future reference.
➢ Ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives.
➢ Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events etc. to promote sales.

ملخص المرشح المطلوب

Education Experience : Degree in Food Technology/ Science or related field.

Experience:
➢ 7 to 8 years’ experience in selling flavors to food companies or flavors to sheesha factories.
➢ Excellent communication and inter personal skills.
➢ Excellent sales and commercial acumen
➢ Good communication and presentation skills
➢ Experience in the Middle East and GCC region
➢ Must have a transferable Saudi Iqama
➢ Work experience preferably in B2B selling, out of which at least 3 to 4 years in industrial selling of flavors/fragrances/food ingredients/ chemical products.
