Job Summary
Our Client is a fast-growing food and beverages company based in Dubai is looking for a motivated and experienced sales manager.
Responsibilities:
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and provide information, support and guidance.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
• Establish targets, KPI s, schedules, policies and procedures
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements:
• BS/MS degree in a related field.
• 7-10 years of commercial experience in Food & Beverages, 3 years as sales manager.
• Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns.
• English fluency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• B2B / B2C sales experience.
High Commission scheme plan provided by employer.
