Develop and execute strategies to grow profitable businesses (MRO, Parts, Displacement, Service) and maximize revenue from the installed base for Isolation and Actuated Valves.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across all functional levels in UAE and designated countries.
Achieve or exceed territory financial targets (budget, monthly forecasts) aligned with the Isolation Valves business plan.
Create and implement sales and site strategies for key installed bases in UAE.
Drive solution selling through site visits, surveys, and tailored displacement plans to address customer pain points.
Prepare and present forecasts, pricing analysis, market intelligence, and growth plans.
Lead Go-to-Market initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with Global Project Pursuit and World Area Sales teams to identify and convert projects for Isolation Valves and Emerson Automation Solutions.
Secure end-user approvals for manufacturing locations, brands, and inclusion in Approved Vendor Lists.
Engage early with project teams to gain preference for Isolation Valves solutions.
Ensure strict adherence to Emerson ethics and trade compliance.
Share timely updates on products, industry trends, and market developments.
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver clear, business-focused value propositions.
- Strong commercial acumen and business skills.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes and capability to articulate specialized Isolation Valve applications.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Petroleum, Chemical) or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, Strategic End-User Accounts, or EPC business, preferably in the valves or process industry.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets, driving growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Industry experience with knowledge on industries such as Hydrocarbon, Mining, Chemical, and Power will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an added advantage.
