The working environment
A Sales / Proposal Manager is responsible of the
complete Sales Process and you will work in close coordination with the
management team to attain the company sales objectives. You will evolve in an
international environment and you will work in close coordination with other
sales teams throughout the company in order to develop winning tenders for the
benefit of the company and our clients.
This role reports
operationally into the Sales &Proposal Director.
The role is based in the
U.A.E. with regular travel across the other GCC countries and occasional travel
to India and Europe.
You manage integrated and multidisciplinary proposals, with
support of the Business Development and Product Manager in Energy, T&D and
support other products when needed.
You are responsible for the coordination of the necessary actions
to be done by the tender preparation team in order to prepare and submit PQs,
EOIs and offers in time, the client contacts, the tenders planning, (commercial
part of) the methodology writing, the risk and ethics assessment, quality
control, price setting, and tender submission.
In order to properly manage the overall sales process, you
identify and adequately resolve bottlenecks, also in case of unexpected events.
Together with the BD&S Director you define the tender strategy.
You work closely together with your colleagues within the BD&S
team and production to improve the quality of the offers.
Management of interfaces with frequent contacts with internal/external
Follow up and integrate partners and subcontractors contributions
in Salesforce during the sales/proposal phase.
You participate to the weekly technical/ commercial conference
calls with the multidisciplinary team to follow up the new leads and offers and
to discuss the progress of offers in preparation.
You actively participate to improve the sales process and tender
Provide inputs for the commercial reporting, analysis of loss/win
tenders, risk & opportunities register, and bidding strategy.
