Key Duties and Responsibilities/Missions
• Ensure the distribution of products and follow up customer orders
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Monitor competitive market activity including regular selling price or feature selling price, competitive listings or de-listings, point-of-sale that is supporting new product launches, or changes within a category segment to ensure Marketing/Trade Marketing can analyze and develop a strategy
• Control reporting: Optimize means, Manage agreements, Respect procedures, Ensure a constant competitive, customer and quality watch, Report reliable information
Technical Skills
1. Sales Negotiation
Ability to reach agreements in defense of the company's interests & objectives in an long term sustainable perspective while taking into account multiple factors such as negotiation power, market environment
2. Sales Methods
Ability to develop business with our customers by using the Company sales method & its toolbox (identify needs, argue and convince) in order to reach our targets
3. Sales Execution
Ability to plan, implement and manage initiatives in order to follow and implement the sales plan
4. Customer expertise
Ability to collect and analyze information, data, trends etc. relating to customers in order to identify key drivers of their strategy
5. Category Management (4P)
Ability to collect and analyze trends on shopper and consumer data and markets in order to identify the growth drivers on 4p’s and to propose suitable business plans in accordance with global brand strategy
