Job Summary:

The Sales Representative is focused on promoting of the products and conduct product demonstrations to generate an interest in the beauty items among customers and retailers.

Responsibilities:

Achieving the sales target by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
· Applying up-selling and cross-selling methods.
· Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
· Making phone calls, visits and online researches to attract new prospective clients.
· Visiting potential clients, evaluate their needs and offer them our products and services.
· Answering all client questions on products, prices and availability.
· Building and maintain excellent customer relationship in order to build strong loyalty.
· Communicating with customers after receipt of their orders; assess their satisfaction, resolve their concerns in order to meet their expectations.
· Ensuring implementation of the agreement terms between the company and the clients.
· Ensuring clients’ records are always updated.
· Informing clients about promotions and offers.
· Maintaining high standard of visual merchandising in terms of display as per company guidelines.
· Ensuring completion of clients’ inventories.
· Ensuring collection is done on due dates through quality checks and follow-up
· Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of retailers/clients account and professional clients, in accordance with the strategy of the company
· Developing an expansion strategy through a business plan to achieve organizational growth and sales objectives
· Researching and exploring new opportunities and act as the ‘door opener’ for new retail business, and professional clients
· Profile and develop an in-depth knowledge of customers and maintain a professional business relationship and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
· Performing online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
· Demonstrating merchandise and answering clients questions for the purpose of creating public interest in buying the products
· Participating in the negotiations with retailers and professional clients on key launches, space, location and stock.
· Driving the performance of clients’ accounts (P & L) and managing the stock agreements
· Responsible of accounts aging and collection on due dates.
Research market conditions in local and regional areas to determine potential growth. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, new products, method of marketing and distribution.
· Determine the demand for products offered by the company and its competitors and identify potential customers. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new lines of products and make recommendation to be added.
· Entering all sales orders and daily sales on the system.
· Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
· Any other duties assigned by Management
